Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. for pitches and 3:00 p.m. for Hostel and Glampings. Check-out for pitches and Glamping Tents is before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure and for the hostel before 10:00 am.
Reservations must be made directly from our website and a 30% advance payment is requested.
We do not allow to choose a specific plot but if you have any preference, we recommend you to write it down in “Comments” section when making the reservation and we will do our best to meet your expectations.
- In low season and mid season, 100% of the deposit will be returned if cancellation is requested up to two days before the arrival date.
- In high season, 100% of the deposit will be returned if cancellation is requested up to seven days before the arrival date.
- If the cancellation is not made within the established deadlines, the payment made will not be returned.
- Cancellation must be requested by email.
Yes, at our campsite we allow pets, except from the Hostel; but it is important to inform us when making the reservation to assign you a suitable space. In addition, we always ask to keep your pet under control all the time and respect the rules of coexistence.
Yes, we have free WIFI service throughout the campsite.
Yes, the gym and Wellness area facilities are completely free for all our guests.
Yes, we have specific areas for tents and caravans. We recommend you to tell us your preferences when making the reservation so that we can assign you a suitable space according to your needs.
Yes, you can barbecue on the plots, as long as safety and environmental regulations are respected. We also have facilities with barbecue areas which can be used with caution.
Yes, we allow to park your car within your plot and we also have parking areas near the camping plots for the convenience of our clients. We recommend that you consult our staff at the time of booking for more information.
Yes, we have sanitary facilities that include toilets, showers with hot water, and sinks. We strive to keep these facilities clean and in good condition to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Yes, many of our camping pitches have electrical connections so you can connect your electrical devices. You should indicate this need to us when making the reservation so that we can assign you a plot with access to electricity.
Yes, we offer a variety of entertainment activities for all ages, which may include guided excursions, sports activities, themed workshops and live shows. We recommend that you consult our activities program when making your reservation to see all the options available during your stay.
Yes, in our campsite we offer accommodation services on a pitch (tent, caravan, motorhome), Glamping of various sizes, and Hostel with availability of 20 beds and shared kitchen. We recommend that you consult the specific information and rates for each type of accommodation on our website.
Yes, we allow visitors to enter the campsite, but it is important that they register at the reception and comply with the campsite's rules and regulations during their visit. Furthermore, we remind you that as our customer, you are responsible for the conduct of your visitors.
We have direct access to the beach by going down some stairs, it will take you approximately 15 minutes. In high season, we also have a bus service.
To get to San Sebastián we recommend using the train. The nearest station is 1.5km from the campsite and there are trains every 30 minutes throughout the day.
