Surrounded by the impressive protected biotope of Zarautz, designated as a nature reserve by the Basque Government, we offer you an exceptional getaway where nature is the protagonist.

Our hostel is distinguished by its cozy safari tent-type design, designed to provide you with a comfortable stay connected to the environment. With capacity for a total of 20 beds, personal lockers and a fully equipped shared kitchen, we have thought of every detail to guarantee your comfort.

 From rooms of different sizes to a wide range of amenities, here you will find everything you need to feel at home. Enjoy a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a dining area and an outdoor space with sea views. RULES

BOOKINGS
  • You can book directly through our website www.grancampingzarautz.com
  • You must provide billing information before completing your booking.
  • A booking is only final once you have received a written booking confirmation from the campsite.
  • The guest may change their stay (dates and/or type of accommodation) in writing, subject to availability.
OCCUPANCY
  • The maximum occupancy per bed is 1 person.
  • Groups of more than six people are not allowed, even if they stay in separate rooms.
  • Minors may only check in/camp/stay if accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian.
REQUESTS AND BED PREFERENCES
  • Your bed and locker will be assigned by the booking department based on availability and internal organization. Therefore, it is not possible to reserve a specific bed number.
  • It is not permitted to change beds without authorization.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES
  • On the day of arrival, your accommodation is available from 3:00 p.m.
  • On the day of departure, you must leave the accommodation before 10:00 a.m.
  • If you wish, you can continue to use our facilities and services until 6:00 p.m. at the latest. In this case, you must park your car outside the campsite.
ACCOMMODATION
  • Bed linen is included. Dogs are not allowed in the hostel.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the hostel.
  • Minors may only stay if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Visitors are not allowed in the hostel. You may use the campsite’s common areas, such as the barbecue zones or the bar-restaurant.
  • Guests must avoid noise and loud voices, and set audio devices at a volume that does not disturb others. Silence is mandatory between 00:00 and 07:00.
STAY RULES
  • Guests must avoid any noise and disturbing loud expressions, and regulate the volume of their audio or music devices so as not to disturb other guests. Absolute silence must be observed between 00:00 and 07:00.
  • Loud televisions and music systems are not permitted.
  • Guests who disturb the peace of other campers will be expelled from the site. The police will be called if necessary.
  • Upon registration and at the request of campsite staff, a valid ID or passport must be presented.
  • It is not permitted to make open fires in the hostel on the campsite. Barbecuing is allowed in designated areas.
  • Dogs and other pets are NOT allowed in the hostel.
  • Access to car and motorcycle pitches is closed from 00:00 to 07:00. The maximum speed on the campsite is 10 km/h.
  • Keep the hostel and campsite clean. Use the waste and recycling collection points.
CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Cancellations are possible as follows:
    • In low and mid season, a 100% refund will be given if the cancellation is made at least two days before arrival.

    • In high-season, a 15€ cancellation fee will be deducted from the paid amount, which will be not refunded under any circumstances. The rest of the payment will be returned until seven days before arrival-date.

    • For cancellations outside these periods, no refund will be given.
    • Cancellations must be requested by email.
