You are now at the reception, the first point of contact when you arrive at the campsite. Here, we help you with check-in, provide all the information you need, and of course, answer any questions you may have.

You can also ask us about available activities, make suggestions, or let us know if you need anything special. We are here to help you.

We want you to feel comfortable from the very first moment. That’s why our facilities and services are designed so everyone can enjoy a comfortable, safe, and accessible environment.

You’ll find access ramps throughout the campsite. In addition, all areas are signposted with braille signs and accessible QR codes, so you can move around independently and easily access information from your mobile.

Our team is ready to assist you in a friendly and personalized way.

To complement your stay, we’d like to inform you that there are two highly recommended accessible routes near the campsite: one in the Iñurritza area and another in Vista Alegre. If you want to know more, just ask us.
