Glamping Rules
1. RESERVATIONS:
- The reservation request can be made directly on our website grancampingzarautz.com
- In order to make a reservation, you should provide us all the billing information.
- A reservation will not be considered confirmed until we send you the confirmation by email.
- The guest could request changes to their stay (dates or type of accommodation) by written request and it will depend on the availability.
2. DEPOSIT:
- The data of a credit card are required as a guarantee against possible damages and flaws in the accommodation.
- Alternatively, the guest may pay an amount of €100 as a deposit at the time of registration.
- On the day of departure, the amount will be refunded as long as the accommodation is in good condition and without damages.
- The glamping tent will be left clean and collected as it was delivered, clean kitchen utensils and the garbage deposited in the recycling area. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of €50 will be applied. If damages are caused, they will be valued to deduct their amount from the deposit.
3. OCCUPATION:
- Maximun occupation per tent: from two to five people, depending on the type of tent.
- Because of security reasons, it is completely forbidden to exceed the number of people expected for the type of tent.
- A baby or child counts as a whole person.
- The entry/camping/stay of minors is only allowed if they are accompanied at all times by their parents or legal guardians.
4. REQUESTS AND ACCOMMODATION PREFERENCES:
- The accommodation number is assigned by the Reservations Department according to availability and internal organization.
- Consequently, it is not possible to reserve an specific pitch number.
5. TIME OF ARRIVAL AND TIME OF DEPARTURE:
- On the day of your arrival, your accommodation will be available from 3:00 p.m.
- On the day of departure, the pitch must be free before 12 in the morning.
- If you wish, you can continue to enjoy our facilities and services until 6 pm maximum, leaving your car outside the glamping area.
- The late checkout (departure at 3 pm) is only allowed with the authorization of the Reception and depending on availability
6. ACCOMMODATION:
- Linens are included.
- Dogs are not allowed inside the tents, but they are allowed on the outdoor terraces.
- Smoking is forbidden inside the tents.
- Unaccompanied minors are not allowed in glamping tents.
- Visits will not be allowed in glamping tents. For this, they can make use of the common areas of the campsite, such as the barbecue area or the bar-restaurant.
- The client will avoid any kind of noise and annoying voices and will regulate the volume of their sound devices so that they do not disturb their neighbours. From 24:00 hours to 7:00 hours, the silence must be absolute.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Reservations would be cancelled in the following way:
- In low and mid-season, 100% of the payment will be returned until two days before arrival-date.
- In high season, 100% of the payment will be returned until seven days before arrival-date.
- If the cancellation is not made within the established deadlines, the payment will not be returned.
- Cancellation must be requested by email.
8. STAY RULES:
- The client will avoid any kind of noise and annoying voices and will regulate the volume of their sound devices so that they do not disturb their neighbours. From 24:00 hours to 7:00 hours, the silence must be absolute.
- High volume on televisions and stereos is prohibited.
- Those who disturb the tranquility of the rest of the campers will be expelled. The police will be called if necessary.
- It is mandatory to present ID/Passport when formalizing the registration, as well as when required by the campsite staff.
- It is forbidden to make an open fire inside the campsite. The use of barbecues is allowed.
- Dogs and other pets must always remain on a leash within the limits of the campsite.
- Access to the plots will be closed for cars and motorcycles from 00:00 to 07:00. The maximum speed inside the campsite is 10km/hour.
- Keep your plot and the campsite clean. Use the garbage and recycling collection points.
